African Swimming Championship: Algeria participates with 19 athletes in Cairo

ALGIERS- Nineteen (19) swimmers, including nine girls, will represent Algeria at the African Youth Championship scheduled from 28 to 31 March in Cairo (Egypt), with the goal to bring back four medals, according to the Algerian Swimming Federation (FAN).

Trained by three coaches, Ali Maansri (NR Dely Ibrahim), Ahmed Kacha (USM Alger) and Mohamed Galdem (Sahel Nautique El Biar), the swimmers have had some training camps including the last one, from 15 to 25 March at Hacene- Khitmane pool in Hydra (Algiers), said the source.

The Algerian delegation, which flew to Cairo on Sunday morning, is made up of:
